The 2007-08 edition of the University of Minnesota women's hockey team will look a little different on the bench this year. For the first time, a new coach will be at the helm of the program. Brad Frost, who has been with the Gopher program since the 2000-01 season will take over as the head coach for the 2007-08 campaign.

Brad Frost, in his eighth season overall with the Gopher women's hockey program, took over the role as head coach after former coach Laura Halldorson stepped down in August of 2007. As head coach, Frost will work with the offensive systems and forwards, as well as the Gophers' first power-play unit. Off the ice, Frost will oversee the program, and handle practice and game planning.
